•    Dec  1: Online submissions open
•    Dec 8: Online submissions closed.
•    Dec 16: Artist Notifications via email. If your work has been selected, the email will give you instructions regarding the physical submission of your work. Please do not call the Gallery.
•    Jan 5, 10am-4pm: Accepted work delivered to W Atlanta Midtown Hotel.
•    Jan 7: Exhibit Open to Public
•    Jan 23, 5pm-7pm: Reception and Awards Ceremony at W Atlanta Midtown Hotel
•    Feb 16: Exhibit Closes
